Then I put some ice in them and put them in a cooler and took them with me to the office (4 quarts worth: 2 veggies and 2 fruits). I was there a couple hours and drank most of the pineapple juice in between seeing clients, and then went straight to Phipps conservatory with my family. Afterwards in the cafe while my family ate I drank a quart of green/squash juice. (I didn't bring my whole cooler in...just two of the quarts in a canvas bag: one fruit and one veggie. I drank the veggie.) Then being home tonight, I drank the rest of the veggie juice (another quart) and I still have about 1/2 the apple juice left, which I'll drink sometime tomorrow.<BR/>Hope that was helpful and not too confusing!Melissa Sokulskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12718476374024208673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7791248997445924560.post-86383884390222509982008-05-16T18:56:00.000-07:002008-05-16T18:56:00.000-07:00Hi Melissa, Congratulations on completing week 3! ...Hi Melissa, Congratulations on completing week 3! I am curious about how often you drink your juice, especially on a "run around" day like you mentioned today. How do your days out and about differ from a more typical day?
